This blog is about my adventures in cooking for my son who has a gluten intolerance and is also allergic to dairy. I was putting so many cooking pictures and recipes in my regular blog that I decided to go ahead and start a separate one! I use the term GFCF because there are so many people who follow a gluten free, casein free diet. While we are not doing that for the same reasons as others, I know the abbreviation GFCF is easily recognizable, and the recipes here should fit that criteria.
